Please read carefully before purchasing a course. If you do not agree, do not complete payment.
This policy applies only when you purchase and pay for a paid course on the TayJava platform. Other paid services or products (if offered) are not covered by this page unless TayJava publishes separate terms for each type.
The sections below are a plain-language summary. If anything is unclear, TayJava’s final interpretation applies together with the Terms of Use and applicable law.
You may request a refund within 3 days from the date of successful payment for the course. After that, requests are generally not accepted except for TayJava-caused errors, discontinued courses, or as required by law.
Within the 3-day period, a refund is only considered if: (1) The requesting account matches the purchasing account; (2) You have not exceeded 5% of total course duration or progress (per platform data); (3) A certificate (if applicable) has not yet been issued for that course; (4) You have not violated the Terms of Use (e.g. account sharing, unauthorized copying, fraud); (5) There are no signs of refund abuse. Promotions that state “no refunds” apply as disclosed at purchase.
The refunded amount is the approved course fee under this policy. Transaction fees, payment gateway fees, or third-party charges may be non-refundable per partner rules. Refunds are processed to the original payment method or another method TayJava specifies after approval.
TayJava may review cases outside the usual period or conditions such as: duplicate charges; technical failure preventing activation despite successful payment; or the course being discontinued by TayJava (with separate notice and instructions).
Email tayjava.platform@gmail.com with a subject such as [Course refund], including your name, TayJava account email, course name, payment date, order or transaction ID (if any), and a short reason.
TayJava usually acknowledges requests within about 3–5 business days. The actual refund to your account or card typically takes 5–10 business days after approval; some cases may take longer depending on the bank or payment provider.
TayJava may update this policy. Updates take effect when published on the website with an effective date. Purchases completed before a new effective date usually follow the policy in force at the time of payment, unless the law requires otherwise.

This policy does not apply to paid services or products that are not courses. If TayJava offers additional paid services, any refund rules will be stated at purchase or on the relevant policy page.
